Real estate valuation for banks and financing purposes
The market value of a property is usually determined for the purpose of a lending decision and to establish how far the property can be counted as collateral. The credit institution must be able to rely on the expert’s specialist knowledge and market know-how — from the valuation of a single-family house to a complex commercial property.
Experience from the banking sector
Having worked for around ten years at one of Austria’s largest banks in real estate and project financing and real estate valuation, I have extensive experience in valuing all types of property.
In addition, my work at the time validating external valuation reports and drawing up valuation guidelines gave me a solid foundation — so I know first-hand which key figures and valuation bases are needed for lending decisions.
Accredited valuer
I am listed with several Austrian credit institutions as an accredited valuer (Vertrauensgutachter). In this case, the report is commissioned directly by the credit institution.

- Industrial properties (production halls, waste management facilities, etc.)
- Leisure properties (golf courses, riding stables)
- Validation of developer calculations (determining construction costs, sale prices, etc.)
- Apartment building valuations including development
- Valuations of condominium shares
- Condominium apartments and single-family houses
