Mag. Eduard Michael Gruber
Sworn and court-certified expert for real estate
As a sworn court expert for real estate, I combine more than 20 years of market experience with the precision that courts, banks and tax advisers expect of a valuation report. My career took me through more than ten years of real estate and project financing and real estate valuation at one of Austria’s largest banks — and since 2013 I have been entered in the list of sworn and court-certified experts of the Vienna Commercial Court.
As a valuer, the highest distinction for me is to count a large number of notaries’ offices, insolvency administrators, banks and tax advisers among my long-standing clients. As valuation is my full-time profession, I have so far prepared around 1,500 valuation reports across all asset classes.

Together with my wife Ruba, I run my expert office as a family business. She has many years of experience in various international corporations and supports me in all back-office matters and at property inspections.
